Clarification on Geothermal Tax Incentive

An error in HARDI's summary of recent energy efficiency tax incentives passed as part of the bailout bill was found regarding the geothermal system installation incentive. The latest bill extended through 2016 a maximum incentive of $2,000 for geothermal installations with NO increased incentive for joint occupacy structures. The updated summary can be found here.
