New ASHRAE Sustainable Building Standard Raises Questions

ASHRAE is working on a new sustainable building standard, 189.1p, in conjunction with the U.S. Green Building Council. 189.1p attempts to provide model code language for the sustainable/high performance building for all new commercial construction and major renovations. Questions have been raised whether 189.1p is feasible. Take a look at the draft and let me know what you think.
