Card Check Bill Is Coming

HARDI participated today in a Lobbying Committee meeting for the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace in which House Labor Committee minority staff projected that we'd see the next attempt to pass the Employee Free Choice Act out of the House soon after the stimulus bill is completed.

Senate majority leadership has already announced that their version of the card check bill will not be introduced until this summer.

That being said, the gloves are certainly close to coming off on this explosive topic.
