All Eyes on House Climate Change Bill Debate

Majority Senate leaders made very clear yesterday that they will wait to see what, if any, climate change legislation passes the House before taking any steps forward. This comes after the House Energy and Commerce Committee approved this amended version of H.R. 2454, American Clean Energy and Security Act. It is unclear at this point when that bill may go to the House floor for a vote since the amended version has now been referred to a number of other House committees.
