Let's Call It Social Selling...

I'm in an educational session right now on "social networking" such as blogs, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The key is staying connected with those you value: customers, employees, peers, etc. but doing so in a way that meets THEIR needs at THEIR pace, in THEIR preferred delivery method.

Sounds a lot like distribution...and information may become one of your most important products.
