Both HCFC Rules Are Now at OMB

The administration's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) received the HCFC Allocation rule from the US EPA this morning. This initiates a 60 day deadline for OMB's turnaround of the rule. EPA staff were cautiously optimistic that both the Allocation rule and Pre-Charged Products rule (sent to OMB nearly two weeks ago) will be finalized before the end of the year.
