Finally Some Real Help for Small Business Lending?

This WSJ report outlines the Administration's latest plans to help small businesses gain access to credit. Perhaps we should feel some comfort that the problem is finally being recognized by 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. That being said, providing access to credit that will be needed largely to cover increasing taxation and potential healthcare penalties that may to be facing small business owners if the current legislative agenda is achieved seems to hold little promise for future growth, let alone recovery.
