Climate Change Confusion

The recent scandal over an alleged conspiracy by scientific supporters of man's impact on climate change provides an interesting juxtaposition with today's announcement that the US will seek an emission reduction agreement at the upcoming UN climate change meetings in Copenhagen. Regardless of which side you believe, it continues to amaze me that the US or any other country is considering massive upheavals of entire economies based on so much speculation.
