*Updated* HCFC Phaseout Rules Summary Information

Yesterday HARDI hosted 150 member companies across the country on a teleseminar program outlining the key outcomes of the EPA's final HCFC Phaseout Rules. We recorded the program and will make it available to all member companies along with a summary document by the end of this week.

Today's Federal Register formally releases the final HCFC Phaseout Rules. Here is the final "Allocation Rule" and here is the final "Pre-Charged Ban Rule".
