Battle Lines Hardening Around EPA Endangerment Finding

Senate Environment & Public Works Committee Ranking Member, Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) reiterated her determination to introduce a measure requiring a delay in the EPA's implementation of any regulations stemming from the recent endangerment finding identifying carbon dioxide as a pollutant. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has also taken its gloves off on the issue prompting a Greenpeace reaction.
