The EPA has reversed course and found that greenhouse gases are human health hazards thereby opening the door to a potentially dizzying frenzy of CO2 and other greenhouse gas (HFCs) regulation. The question may be whether the HVACR industry is better having the EPA write these regulations on their own or after Congress has legislated the rules of the game.
