HCFC Rules Won't Be Out Anytime Soon

Industry partners and I were just told by the EPA that the two final HCFC rules will not be released any earlier than mid-September, and that would be, in my opinion, a miracle. I'm sticking to my prediction of mid-October before we see the final HCFC Allocation and Ban on Pre-Charged Appliances rules.
