House Narrowly Passes Waxman-Markey

219-212. That was the vote last night when the House passed H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act. The bill was bloated to 1,200 pages after a 300 page Manager's Amendment was introduced at 3:00 a.m. Friday morning.
