1 of 2 HCFC Rules Out of EPA

The HCFC Pre-Charged Products Ban Rule was received by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) yesterday initiating the 60 day review period before the rule can be finalized. The HCFC Allocation Rule is still undergoing internal review within the EPA.
