The Guise of Cost Saving in the Healthcare Debate

This WSJ Opinion Piece is a scathing review of the Administration's "War on Specialists" healthcare reform plan. The piece references a "command medical economy run out of Washington" which paints a terrifying picture of specialized medicine in a post-reform era. Perhaps even more alarming is how this command-style model could be imposed on other disciplines (i.e. you will no longer sell mid-efficiency anything).
