HCFC Rules STILL within EPA

The HCFC Allocation rule and Pre-Charged Products Ban rule remain within the walls of the EPA undergoing a longer than expected inter-departmental review. Once that review is completed, the rules must go to the Administration for a 60 day review before being published as final rules. Essentially we've now got less than a month before the uninterrupted supply of HCFC's in the US after Jan. 1, 2010 comes into question.
