Carrier Divests of More Distribution

Carrier and Sigler, Inc. completed a joint venture yesterday that will give 60% control of Carrier's California distribution to the long-time independent Carrier distributor. This marks the second high-profile joint-venture/distribution divestiture Carrier Corp. has completed in two years, the first being with Watsco in the Southeast and South America last year.
