New Federal Contracting Regulations Finalized Raising Big Questions for Contractors

The US Chamber posted this to their blog today outlining a host of concerns over new regulations finalized today regarding federal construction contracts appearing to strongly favor organized labor. Specifically, the Chamber highlights concerns for how non-union contractors would/could comply with the new regulations that pertain to any federal construction project.
