Pre-Copies of Proposed HCFC Rules Now Available

The U.S. EPA just made available "pre-copies" of proposed rules for the allocations of HCFC allowances from 2010 to 2014 and a proposed ban on the importation and sale of equipment pre-charged with R-22. Look for more soon on these important rules.
