Brown Victory Turns Washington on its Ear

I could have tried to summarize the implications of Scott Brown's victory in last night's special Senate election in Massachusetts, but the U.S. Chamber already did it for me. In addition to healthcare reform, our industry might be most impacted by what this will mean for climate change legislation. I don't see a Scott Brown voting for an economy-wide carbon cap-and-trade program.
