New Labor Regs Provide EFCA Wake-Up Call

The National Mediation Board is expected to release new final regulations designed to essentially make it easier for railroad and airline workers to unionize. The U.S. Chamber has extensive commentary on these new rules which should remind all employers that the fight to stop the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) is far from over.
